App Support

If you have problems with one of my apps, suggestions or other feedback, please send an Email to support@fouquet.me and I’ll get back to you quickly. I usually answer within 24 hours. Please make sure to include the following information:

• The name of the app you need help with (for example “Cryptical”)
• The app version (you can find it in the app’s about screen)
• Your current iOS or macOS version
• Which iOS device or Mac you’re using
• If you encounter and error or bug, what did you do prior to the bug’s occurence? Is it reproducable?
